Winners of the 2007 Maryland
Developmental Disabilities
Council
Statewide Photo Contest
The purpose of the “Everyday Lives: Images of Inclusion” photo contest was to celebrate the beauty and diversity of children and adults with developmental disabilities living full and meaningful lives in their communities. The 5 selected winners and 4 honorable mentions captured images that reflect the joy of family, friendships and the bonds that form between people with and without disabilities, and the importance and benefits of community inclusion. The Council would like to congratulate the winners and thank all of the participants in this year's competition.
