This intense training session is for individuals with disabilities and their families and/or supporters who are interested in self-directing services by enrolling in the New Directions Waiver as a vehicle to accomplish that goal. This session will guide you through understanding how to design a person-centered plan, what is important TO you and FOR you in the plan, and a strategy for developing one that will be your guide in self-directing your services and supports.
