Governor Hogan released his FY 2019 proposed budget, which covers the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Below you will find highlights of particular interest to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The FY 2019 state operating budget totals $44.4 billion, the majority of which is General Funds (state funds), Federal Funds, and Special Funds (revenues from a designated source).
