About Families
This educational publication used the stories of five families to illustrate the importance of Family Support Services and their impact on people’s lives (1990s).

Inclusive Education in Maryland: A Blueprint for Change
The Council released this extensive report on the education of students with developmental disabilities in Maryland in 2003. The findings and recommendations were used as an education and advocacy tool.
