HOLA! Toolkit – Hispanic Outreach Launch Assistant
Developed in partnership between The Arc Maryland & The Arc of Frederick County the toolkit will assist providers in reaching members of the Hispanic community who have developmental disabilities and their families to offer services and supports and improve access to community resources.

The Arc Maryland developed a training powerpoint to teach the key elements of organizing a grassroots advocacy.
