Upcoming regional events for the Maryland Community of Practice for supporting Families! Maryland is part of a national initiative, the National Community of Practice: LifeCourse Framework, to expand and improve formal and informal supports for families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. Regional events are taking place to develop systems of support for Maryland families, beginning with a Western Region CoP on October 6 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Hagerstown Community College.
