WHAT’S NEW IN 2022?
This year the Maryland Senate and House of Delegates issued new guidelines about how they will work during the legislative session.
The Council worked closely with the Speaker of the House’s office to make sure all Marylanders understand the new and different rules during the 2022 legislative session.
Together, we created plain language and easy to read versions of the “2022 House of Delegates Guidelines.”
